Sage Standard Needs Assessment: $75.
- Do you have one or two areas that need organized? Then the Sage Standard Needs Assessment is what you need.
- One hour in-home visit.
- We talk about and walk through the project at hand.
- Determine job requirements.
- Estimate number of hours needed + your budget.
- Schedule times for working.
- If you book a work session with Sage during the Needs Assessment, the $75 fee is credited toward the job.
Advanced Needs Assessment: $150.
- Do you have an entire home that needs organized, downsized, or completely cleared out? We'll spend 2 hours walking through the space/s and determining the job requirements.
- We'll provide you with a written report with estimates soon after the visit.
- If you book a work session with Sage Organizing Co. , the $150 fee is credited toward the job.
HOurly Hands-on rate: $75/hour
Home organizing projects 3 hour minimum, Garages + Basements 4 hr. min
I come ready to work! I'll declutter and organize the space we've talked about. Items that are leaving your home will be sorted for you to review at the end of each work session.
- I can create labels for your newly organized space.
- I can shop for organizing products you'll need ahead of time. (Extra charge for Shopping Assistance apply. See below).
- No charge for fuel expense or travel time inside 20 miles radius service area.
- We do not handle animal or pest issues, any bio-hazardous materials, or household hazardous materials.
HOurly Hands-on rate for two Organizers: $125/hour
HOurly hands-on rate for 3 organizers: $150/hour

Shopping assistance: $50/hour
- After discussing your budget and product needs, I do the shopping for you.
- I bring the product along to the work session and install for you. NOTE: I do very basic install work. I do NOT drill, hammer, or saw. Anything that requires more than basic skills will be the homeowners responsibilty.
- I provide you with the product receipts. Product purchases must be reimbursed on the day of install.
