Before Sage Organizing Co., Candi spent 15 years with Barnes + Noble, where she served as a Corporate Store Trainer. Her journey into the world of home organizing began as a personal passion, which she pursued independently. Her business flourished through referrals, and as demand grew, she made the decision to bring on employees to expand her ability to help the Charlotte community. Candi's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Wisconsin, which laid the foundation for her communication and organizational skills. In addition to her education, Candi is a Certified Professional Organizer® demonstrating her expertise and commitment in the field of home organization. Candi's three favorite things include indulging in tacos, cherishing the company of pugs, especially her favorite pug Stella, and tackling jigsaw puzzles. Her organizing specialty lies in kitchens, where she excels at creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. She also enjoys tackling logistical challenges that are often found in moving projects. Candi's compassionate nature extends to her company’s support for nonprofit organizations like Beds for Kids and Matthews Help Center, highlighting her commitment to making a positive impact on those in need. Introducing Savannah, our Director of Operations and Lead Organizer at Sage Organizing Co. in Charlotte, NC. Before joining Sage, Savannah's life took her on a unique path. She began her journey as a student at Davidson College, where she majored in sociology and minored in communications, graduating Cum Laude with Honors in Sociology.
After her college years, Savannah ventured into the world of freelancing, working as a virtual assistant and website designer. However, her journey took an exciting turn in 2019 when she joined Sage Organizing Co. Initially, she served as a virtual assistant for the owner but soon discovered her passion for hands-on organizing. Savannah's three favorite things include spending quality time with her husband, enjoying the companionship of her beloved pup, Louie, exploring new destinations through travel, and indulging in the delightful offerings of new bakeries. Her specialty lies in creating organized and beautiful spaces in kitchens and pantries, with a particular knack for setting up new kitchens for clients in their new homes. Aimee Sebestyen

Meet Aimee, Director of Client Services and Lead Organizer at Sage Organizing Co. in Charlotte, NC. Before joining Sage Organizing Co., Aimee spent ten years nurturing her family and being a stay-at-home mom to her wonderful girls. Prior to her time as a mom, Aimee had a thriving career in the world of fashion and retail, where she worked as a visual manager at Anthropologie for five years. Before that, she held positions in merchandising and store management with brands like Club Monaco and GAP.
Aimee holds a Bachelor's degree in Merchandising Management from The Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. Her expertise in visual merchandising has proven to be a valuable asset in the world of organizing. When Aimee isn't working her magic on home organization projects, she enjoys spending time at the beach and cherishing moments with her girls. Her passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces is evident in her specialization in kids' rooms and crafting areas. What Aimee loves most about her role at Sage Organizing Co. is the sense of purpose and camaraderie it has brought into her life. Working with the fantastic group of women at Sage has transformed her daily routine, providing joy and fulfillment after her years as a stay-at-home mom. Katherine Gutierrez

Meet Katherine, who serves as the Executive Assistant to Candi and is an Assistant Organizer at Sage Organizing Co. in Charlotte, NC. Katherine's journey into the world of home organizing is marked by a wealth of experience and a heart dedicated to making a positive difference.
Before joining our team, Katherine spent nearly a decade as a corporate and securities attorney at prestigious law firms in Dallas, Texas, and Greenville, South Carolina. Her background is enriched with a strong commitment to nonprofit work. She has served on nonprofit boards since 2013, including the March of Dimes Western Carolinas Division, the Emerson Rose Heart Foundation, and the Omni Montessori School Board of Trustees. Katherine also held the position of Director of Development for the Emerson Rose Heart Foundation from 2019 to 2021. Katherine earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Magna Cum Laude, from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas, in December 2001. She went on to achieve her Juris Doctor degree, Cum Laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in May 2005. Katherine's three favorite things include savoring the delights of good restaurants, reveling in the great outdoors (preferably the mountains), and embarking on travel adventures. Her organizing specialty lies in working with seniors, guiding them through the downsizing process with care and compassion. What she loves most about working at Sage Organizing Co. is the excellent work-life balance it offers, combined with the camaraderie of the remarkable group of women on the team. Katherine finds her role fulfilling as it allows her to apply her problem-solving skills in new ways, especially in helping people navigate the stress of life transitions, such as moving. |
Kim Carter

Introducing Kim, our Team Trainer and Lead Organizer. Before embarking on her career at Sage Organizing Co., Kim spent her entire professional life in Human Resources. Afterward, she took a career break to devote her time to raising her three wonderful children. During those formative years, she worked as a teacher's assistant, gaining valuable insights into the art of organization.
In 2021, Kim decided to take on a new path and joined our Sage Organizing Co. family. Her educational background is impressive, holding Bachelor's of Arts degrees in Communications and Political Science from UNC Chapel Hill. This solid academic foundation equips her with the knowledge and skills to excel in her role. Kim's three favorite things in life are autumn, babies, and family. Her love for the changing seasons, the joy of young ones, and the bonds of family showcase her nurturing and warm-hearted personality. Kim's organizing specialty lies in the realm of pantry reorganization, where she works her magic to create efficient and beautiful storage solutions. Before becoming a vital part of our team, Debbie embarked on her career journey by opening Lily Taylor Designs in 2010, a residential design business that allowed her to provide complete design solutions for her clients, from conception to installation.
Debbie received her Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Music from Mary Washington University in Virginia, where her love for music blossomed. Simultaneously, she honed her decorating skills, creating pleasing spaces for her family and friends. Her natural talent for design eventually led her to pursue formal education. In 2010, she received her Associates of Science Degree from the Art Institute of Charlotte in Interior Design. Her credentials include membership in the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). Debbie's favorite things include the joy of being with her family and her cherished dog, Hobbes, along with her love for listening to music and designing. Her specialty in organizing lies in her ability to make organized spaces not just orderly but visually appealing. Debbie’s keen eye for design and aesthetics transforms disarray into beautiful, functional spaces. What she loves most about working at Sage Organizing Co. is the opportunity to bring transformation to people's lives. In addition to her educational background, Traci possesses Series 7 and Series 63 credentials, signifying her experience and expertise in the financial industry, specifically on the New York Stock Exchange and U.S. Securities Agent State Law Examination. Traci's favorite things are undoubtedly her grandchildren, reflecting her warm heart and her love for family.
