In this crazy real estate market, it took this Charlotte family nearly a year to buy a new house.  When that finally happened, it was time to get their current house on the market. Their real estate agent, Stevee Baskerville, knew that Sage Organizing Co. was the quickest way to help her clients get the house ready for the listing photos. 

Potential buyers will always look inside cabinets, drawers, and closets to assess how much storage is available, so it's our goal to "show off" the space. How do we do that?  For two days, we decluttered, organized, packed, discarded, and donated some of the toughest areas of the house.  The kitchen, pantry, mudroom, laundry room, carport, and storage area all got a refresh.  Now the home is ready for listing photos and a quick (and hopefully over-asking) sale.
