Founder + Owner Meet Candi Ruppert! She is the Founder and Owner of Sage Organizing Co. in Charlotte, NC, fueled by passion and making a real difference.
Before Sage Organizing Co., Candi spent 15 years with Barnes + Noble as a Corporate Store Trainer. Her journey into the world of home organizing began as a personal passion, which quickly grew from a hobby to a full-time job. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Wisconsin, and is a Certified Professional Organizer®. Candi’s heart shines through in supporting nonprofits like Beds for Kids and Matthews Help Center. Her passion and leadership have transformed Sage Organizing Co. into a thriving business dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our clients and the Charlotte community. Candi's three favorite things include tacos, pugs (especially her favorite pug Stella) and jigsaw puzzles. |
Katherine Gutierrez
Director of Sales + Assistant Organizer Meet Katherine, who serves as the Director of Sales and Assistant Organizer at Sage Organizing Co.
Before joining our team, Katherine spent nearly a decade as a corporate and securities attorney at prestigious law firms in Dallas, Texas, and Greenville, South Carolina. She has also served on nonprofit boards since 2013, including the March of Dimes Western Carolinas Division, the Emerson Rose Heart Foundation, and the Omni Montessori School Board of Trustees. Katherine earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Magna Cum Laude, from St. Mary's University and went on to get her Juris Doctor degree, Cum Laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in May 2005. Her organizing specialty is working with seniors, guiding them through the downsizing process with care and compassion. |

Savannah graduated Cum Laude with Honors in Sociology from Davidson College. In 2019, she joined Sage Organizing Co. as a virtual assistant for Candi but soon discovered her passion for hands-on organizing. |

Kim has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Political Science from UNC Chapel Hill. Before Sage Organizing Co., Kim spent her professional life in Human Resources. In 2021, Kim joined our Sage Organizing Co. team. Her specialty lies in organizing pantries and closets, where she works her magic to create efficient and beautiful spaces. |
Debbie Galyen
Assistant Organizer Meet Debbie, one of our Assistant Organizers at Sage Organizing Co.
Before becoming a part of our team, Debbie ran Lily Taylor Designs, a residential design business that provided complete design solutions for her clients. Debbie received her Bachelor's degree in Music from Mary Washington University in Virginia. Her natural talent for design eventually led Debbie to earning her Associates of Science Degree from the Art Institute of Charlotte in Interior Design. Her credentials include membership in the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). |
