Payment for Services and Fee Schedule:
Fees are due upon Client’s receipt of invoice. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check, credit card, and Venmo. Sage Organizing Co. requires that Client keep a credit card on file for the duration of the Agreement. Sage Organizing Co. requires a 25% Start Payment/Deposit of the total estimated fees and Reimbursable Expenses.

The total cost and time of a project is dependent on several factors including:

Cancellation of Single Appointments: Once an appointment has been confirmed, Client will forfeit and be charged in full for all cancellations and no-shows, with the exception of an unforeseen emergency. Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure to attend a scheduled session if such delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond their reasonable control. Determination of such reasonableness is in the sole discretion of Company.
Project Termination: This Agreement may be terminated, postponed, or delayed, in whole or in part, by either Party upon fourteen (14) days written notice to the other party, with fees applied as indicated in below.
Cancellation of Single Appointments: Once an appointment has been confirmed, Client will forfeit and be charged in full for all cancellations and no-shows, with the exception of an unforeseen emergency

We will let our Visitors and Authorized Customers know about changes to our privacy policy by posting such changes on the Sites. However, if we are changing our privacy policy in a manner that might cause disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information that a Visitor or Authorized Customer has previously requested not be disclosed, we will contact such Visitor or Authorized Customer to allow such Visitor or Authorized Customer to prevent such disclosure.

- Sage Organizing Co. will bill time for the Services and Reimbursable Expenses against the 25% Start Payment/Deposit.
- The deposit is nonrefundable because it holds your spot on Sage Organizing Co. 's schedule, preventing other potential clients from hiring the Company at that time.
- Once the Deposit has been utilized, Sage Organizing Co. will charge the Client each day that Sage Organizing Co. works for the Services or Reimbursable Expenses incurred on that day.
- A late fee of $100 will be assessed each week for payments made 7 days or later after the due date.
- A $50 fee will apply to any returned check, and the Company reserves the right to refuse future payments via check.
- Client is fully responsible for any bank charges incurred due to insufficient funds.
Cost:
The total cost and time of a project is dependent on several factors including:
- Speed at which you make decisions regarding what is to be kept, discarded or donated.
- Quantity of items
Client shall pay the Total Cost to Provider as follows
- Costs per labor hour are calculated in 15 minute increments and include necessary breaks.
- An after-hours fee of $40 per hour per organizer will be charged for appointments scheduled on weekends, holidays, after 6:00 PM on weeknights, or on any shifts over 8 hours/day.
- If it is agreed that Sage Organizing will run errands on behalf of Client, including donation drop-offs, shopping on behalf of the client, and dropping off shredding, the travel and errand time will be added to Client’s invoice at the regular hourly rate.
- Bills are payable in full upon receipt.
- Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Check, Credit, Bank Transfer via QuickBooks, and Venmo.
Fees:
- Reimbursable Expenses are subject to a 4% convenience fee if Client is using a credit card. This will automatically be added to the invoice as a separate line item. To avoid this fee, Reimbursable Expenses can be paid by cash, check, or Venmo.
- Client is fully responsible for any bank charges incurred due to insufficient funds.
- After 7 days, a 1.5% interest fee is applied to the unpaid balance, accruing every week.

Project Termination:
- A confirmed project may be terminated, postponed, or delayed, in whole or in part, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days written notice.
- In the event of a termination:
- With at least 14 days notice - twenty-five percent (25%) of the total cost of the services is non-refundable
- With 7-13 days notice - fifty-percent (50%) of the total cost is non-refundable
- With 3-6 days notice - seventy-five percent (75%) of the total cost is non-refundable
- With less than 48 hours notice - the entire cost is non-refundable
Terms and Conditions:
By signing this estimate and proposal, we agree:
- That you engage Sage Organizing Co. to remove and dispose of only the personal property within 'the premises' and
- That Sage Organizing Co. accepts the assignment, based on this letter, which supersedes prior discussion between us.
- That you indemnify Sage Organizing Co., as well as our consultants and their employees, against any claims by anyone to any of the contents that we have disposed of pursuant to your instructions.
- That a homeowner policy is in force by you for the premises during the time Sage Organizing Co., LLC performs services.
- That you agree that the homeowner policy is the primary policy for any property damage claim.
- That you agree to waive subrogation against Sage Organizing Co., LLC for any claims paid by your homeowner policy.
- That you release us from all liability for any damages to your personal property as well as any other within ‘the premises’, the property, or the building, despite the exercise of reasonable care.
- You must inform Sage Organizing Co. of all hazardous conditions or materials within the premises. This includes structural defects, faulty electrical wiring and plumbing, firearms, hazardous chemicals, hazardous medical equipment or medical waste (such as syringes, sharps, bandages, bedpans, etc.) Cost of proper disposal is your responsibility.
- That Sage Organizing Co., LLC may decline to move, organize, pack, or handle anything deemed by us to be hazardous or unsafe. This shall include animal or pest feces, dead animal or pest bodies, or other hazardous or unsafe items.
- That Sage Organizing Co., LLC is not liable for any items valued over $500.
- That Sage Organizing Co., LLC is not liable for any internal clock movements. We recommend you let a clock expert move and set up a clock to or from the property.
- That Sage Organizing CO., LLC will not be liable for the following items. ( We recommend you remove the items from the premises prior to our work starting.): cash, jewelry, including precious and semi-precious stones, medications, stocks, bonds, coins, stamps, or other collections, precious and semi-precious metals, checks and uncashed checks, credit cards, firearms and ammunitions, fireworks and other explosives.
- That we highly recommend an independent shredding company for the secure destruction of client information. If you select to have Sage Organizing Co. transport your shredding to an independent third party location (such as Staples, UPS Store, or Pro-Shred), you release Sage Organizing Co. of any liability.
- That we will have access to ‘the premises’ as follows: you will provide us with keys and alarm codes.
- That all onsite plumbing, utilities including telephone remain operational and in good working order throughout this contract.
- That work sites with excessive heat will be scheduled in early morning hours to avoid working conditions over 100 degrees.
- That you will be available by telephone and will be able to work cooperatively and productively with us throughout this contract.
- That all utilities will be terminated and their related instruments returned by you, and no sooner than at the end of the last business day of our onsite work.
- That prior to signing this agreement, you will provide us with a copy of your list of selected items that are to be disbursed to family and friends.
- That prior to signing this agreement, you will provide us with a copy of documentation of the relevant paragraphs, riders, and supplements in the "Contract of Sale" for ‘the premises’ (if applicable) which specify items included in the "Sale".
- That we will seek to locate and save for you the following important items to be specified by you: (This field will be personalized for each client.)
- That our estimate is given based on the 'Scope' and 'Schedule' shown here, and assumes an orderly and continuous flow of the work. Interruptions or changes in the 'Scope' or 'Schedule' that may become required will add to our cost, and require a corresponding revision of the estimate.
- That the final onsite inspection will be conducted on "Date" with the party designated by you.
- You have given us permission to take photographs of ‘the premises’ and its contents.
