Helping your client from cluttered + confused to CLOSED!

 Pre-Market
​Prep + Pack

We handle:
  • Decluttering, editing, and packing up of excess items before those crucial listing photos are taken.
  • Close coordination with  your Realtor on staging, logistics, and deadlines.
  • Packing services and/or coordination with off-site storage companies.

Move
​Management

We handle:
  • Coordination and management of every stakeholder involved in the move, including the client, movers, realtors, auctioneers, charities, estate sale companies, and more. 
  • Assessing, suggesting, and/or purchasing of moving supplies, with no mark-up on the products.
  • Project management communication with all stakeholders.

Unpacking Services

We handle:
  • Unpacking of any room, whether it is Day One in the new home... or Day 90.
  • Removal of boxes and packing materials, if requested.
  • Shopping for and installing any new organizing items, if requested (shopping time is billable).​

We handle:
*Estate Clearing Evaluation + Estimates that are booked through a Realtor receive a discounted rate for the Evaluation + Estimate service.*
We handle:
  • Kitchens, Pantries and Closets
  • Dining, Living Rooms, and Playrooms
  • Bedrooms and Bathrooms
  • Home Offices and Laundry Rooms
  • Garages and Basements (4 hour minimum-Weather may effect scheduling.)
  • We DO NOT handle animal/pest issues or waste.​
We handle: We do not handle:
​ (*Work environments that are a Level 3 or higher on the Clutter-Hoarding Scale will be billed a higher rate for hazardous work conditions.)

​finalized, we get to work.

Then, we transform your disorganized space into a clear and functional one! Sage organizers handle everything, ​from sorting + organizing to boxing donations + bagging up trash.
